Kundalini activation is a profound process that taps into the body’s natural life force energy, known as Kundalini, to release deep-seated emotional and physical blockages.

This powerful energy resides at the base of the spine and when awakened, moves through the body’s energy channels, promoting healing at a cellular level.

Somatic healing involves addressing trauma or stress stored within the body, and Kundalini activation works synergistically by accessing these blocked areas, facilitating the release of trapped energy, and restoring flow.

Through this process, individuals can experience emotional release, heightened self-awareness, and a deeper connection to their body’s innate ability to heal itself, bringing about holistic transformation.

I facilitate the flow of Kundalini energy through my integrated approach to energy healing, which incorporates trauma-informed techniques, integrative somatic therapies, breathwork, sound healing, bodywork, movement and nervous system regulation.

Post Kundalini Integration Guide

Kundalini activation is a powerful practice that can lead to transformative changes to your mind, body and spirit. However, proper integration of this energy is essential to embody the shifts and insights gained during the activations. When we work with the root cause of our traumas, we can expect a lot of energy to continue dissipating and integrating in the following days after our sessions.

To prepare for a session, avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from consuming alcohol or any substances ideally for at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Allow yourself ample time to arrive at the location, settle in, and ground yourself before the session begins. Most importantly, approach the session with an open mind and heart.

During a session, you may experience various physical and emotional sensations, such as tingling, warmth, or coolness throughout your body. Emotional releases like crying, shaking, or even sobbing can occur as stored energy is released.

Some individuals report vivid visions, including past-life memories, ancestral images, or dream-like visuals. Spontaneous bodily movements, known as kriyas, and vocal expressions like shouting or yelling may also happen, helping to clear energy from the throat chakra.

Other possible experiences include feelings of deep love, bliss, a connection to the divine or higher self, and a sense of profound rest and relaxation as energy flows through you.

Sessions can offer numerous benefits, such as emotional release, relief from stress, and a renewed sense of harmony and vitality. Many participants leave feeling more grounded, connected, and in tune with themselves.
